Our current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from payment. Since each hat is handmade to order by just one person, we truly appreciate your patience. Depending on the design, your hat could take several hours or days to create, so please keep this in mind.
Once your order is placed, it will be added to the queue. While we aim to get your hat to you as quickly as possible, we never rush the process to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade custom hats, we are unable to accept refunds on these orders. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. Please contact us directly within 5 working days if you encounter any problems with your custom order.
All our non-custom orders are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty. If you have any concerns regarding your non-custom order, please contact us directly at homebysunday@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Delivery Information:
Our notepads and card orders are shipped directly from our supplier via Royal Mail Second Class. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days. Please note that production days do not include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
