Deliveries & Returns

Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from payment. Since each hat is handmade to order, we truly appreciate your patience. Depending on the design, your hat could take several hours or days to create, so please keep this in mind.

Once your order is placed, it will be added to the queue. While we aim to get your hat to you as quickly as possible, we never rush the process to ensure top-quality craftsmanship and you will be contacted and kept in the loop throughout this process to ensure your custom hat is true to you.

If you are ordering a plain hat, with or without additional initial branding from one of our collection, the delivery time will fall within 3-5 working days unless stated otherwise on the purchase description. 

Shipping costs may vary depending on your selected method and delivery location.

• Trucker Hats: Enjoy FREE UK shipping on all trucker hat orders. For EU and international orders, standard shipping rates will apply.
   
• Custom Hat/Plain Hat Orders: There will be a set shipping fee for our Custom made cowboy hats and our plain collections. This differs depending on location within UK or EU.
   
• Notepads & Cards: These items carry a small additional shipping charge as stated on the item purchase page.

Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Homebysunday. Every hat is carefully prepared and packaged with attention and care, and we want to ensure expectations are clear for both you and us.

Any hat that has been personalised specifically for you (including initials, custom branding, or bespoke design elements) is non-returnable, as these items cannot be resold.

Of course, if your hat arrives with damage caused during transit, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation carefully and work towards a fair resolution where appropriate.

Please note: if a personalised hat simply isn’t to your personal preference once received, this does not qualify for a return or refund due to the custom nature of the item.

Returns are not free of charge.

• Return shipping cost: £7.75 (Royal Mail)
   
• A prepaid shipping label will be provided by Homebysunday via email.
   
• This label includes the appropriate insurance required to safely return your hat based on its value.
   

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and free from makeup marks or damage.
