Deliveries & Returns

For custom hats

Our current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from payment. Since each hat is handmade to order by just one person, we truly appreciate your patience. Depending on the design, your hat could take several hours or days to create, so please keep this in mind.


Once your order is placed, it will be added to the queue. While we aim to get your hat to you as quickly as possible, we never rush the process to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

Shipping and Tracking – Royal Mail Second Class (UK and Northern Ireland)

Shipping costs may vary depending on your chosen method. By default, orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class unless you request otherwise. If you’d like to add tracking or prefer a different courier, please let us know in advance. Once your order has been dispatched, HomebySunday is not responsible for delivery time frames or potential delays.

Custom Hat Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade custom hats, we are unable to accept refunds on these orders. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. Please contact us directly within 14 working days if you encounter any problems with your custom order.

Non-Custom Hat Orders

All our non-custom orders are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty. If you have any concerns regarding your non-custom order, please contact us directly at homebysunday@outlook.com as soon as possible.


For any returns or refund inquiries, reach out to us at homebysunday@outlook.com before sending your order back. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Delivery Information:

Our notepads and card orders are shipped directly from our supplier via Royal Mail Second Class. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days. Please note that production days do not include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.


Returns Policy:

If you receive an incorrect item or need to return a product for any reason, please contact us at homebysunday@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
