## Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All orders are subject to availability, acceptance, and confirmation.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated without notice.

We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Square payments, Klarna where available, and BACS bank transfer.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if production, sourcing, moulding, branding, personalisation, or dispatch preparation has already begun.

Custom, personalised, branded, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Homebysunday reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are suspected.

## Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided by Homebysunday are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information entered at checkout is correct. Homebysunday cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

## Custom Orders & Handmade Products

Many Homebysunday products are handmade, hand-finished, branded, moulded, or customised individually.

Due to the handmade nature of these products:

- Minor variations in shape, colour, burning, distressing, placement, or finish may occur

- Measurements and fit may vary slightly between products

- Custom concepts, branding placements, and decorative details may appear differently once completed by hand

By purchasing a custom product, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the design and craftsmanship process.

## Commercial Use, Rebranding & Promotional Restrictions

Products purchased from Homebysunday are intended for personal use only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Homebysunday products, including hats, custom designs, styling concepts, branding techniques, and associated imagery, may not be used by individuals, businesses, brands, stylists, creators, or third parties for commercial gain, advertising, promotional activity, re-branding, resale marketing, workshops, styling packages, or business content without prior written permission from Homebysunday.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Using Homebysunday hats or products as the primary feature within another business’s marketing or promotional content

- Creating or selling styling kits, hat accessory packages, customisation packages, or similar offerings using Homebysunday products

- Re-branding, repackaging, or presenting Homebysunday products or concepts as part of another brand’s services or identity

- Commercial photography, influencer campaigns, workshops, tutorials, or branded content intended to promote another business using Homebysunday products without consent

- Reproducing or imitating Homebysunday custom concepts, branding styles, product presentation, or signature customisation methods for commercial purposes

Purchase of a Homebysunday product does not grant any commercial usage rights, licensing rights, branding rights, or intellectual property rights relating to the Homebysunday brand, product concepts, imagery, or customisation services.

Homebysunday reserves the right to refuse future orders, collaborations, or services and to take appropriate action where products are used in breach of these terms.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, designs, imagery, graphics, text, videos, social media content, custom concepts, and product styling, remains the intellectual property of Homebysunday unless otherwise stated.
