 Our felt and suede hats come with an adjustable inner band that fits head sizes from 54cm to 58cm, thanks to the ribbon tab system inside the band. This ensures a comfortable and snug fit for most head sizes. 

 At HomebySunday, we take pride in using premium materials for all of our hats.

• Suede hats are made from high-quality genuine leather, offering a luxurious yet durable feel.
• Felt hats are crafted from 100% wool felt, known for its softness, durability, and natural water resistance.

 To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend using a soft hat brush or a wool cleaning sponge to gently remove dust and debris. Avoid using water directly on the hat. We provide care instructions with every purchase to ensure your hat’s longevity. Air drying is recommended to maintain its shape and quality. 

• Custom hats: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made hats, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. However, if there is a fault with your custom hat, we’re happy to review the issue and offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 working days if you notice any faults.
• Non-customized hats: If you've purchased one of our shop-ready hats and it’s not quite what you expected, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. We want you to love your purchase! Hats must be returned in unworn and original condition for a refund or exchange.

 Our cards feature exclusive country-western themes, handmade details, and rustic designs that you won’t find anywhere else. Each card is carefully crafted with high-quality materials, offering a personalized and one-of-a-kind touch. 

 Yes, all our cards are blank inside to allow you to write your own personalized message. However, we can also print a custom message inside the card for you if requested 

 Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options for events such as weddings, parties, or corporate gatherings. We also offer bulk shipments if you wish to store our cards or products within your own stall/store. Contact us directly for pricing and details.
