While we keep a selection of hats in stock, if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll always do our best to source something special for you.
STEP TWO
At HomebySunday, we offer endless possibilities when it comes to designing your unique custom western hat or fedora. With so many options available, from materials to wraps, your imagination is the limit! Whether you have a specific material or color in mind, we’re here to bring your vision to life.
When customizing your hat, we recommend selecting up to three different textures for the best result. You can mix and match from chiffon, ribbon, chains, leather-look string, rope, hessian, or bandanas to create your ideal look. If there’s something specific you want that we don’t have, just let us know, and we’ll source it for you!
We’ll work closely with you to finalize the details and ensure your hat is exactly what you envisioned. Let’s create something truly bespoke together.
STEP THREE
Here, you can explore a variety of additional accessories like studs, hoops, pins, gemstones, chains, dried flowers and brooches to customize your hat. Consider the perfect placement on your hat, and if you’ve come across a specific design or style you love, feel free to send us images to help us bring your vision to life.
STEP FOUR
Many customers love adding hand-burnt designs to their hats. Popular options include song lyrics, names, initials, symbols, and floral patterns. These can be placed on the brim, under it, around the crown, or even on top—wherever you like!
By default, wording is hand-burnt in a script-like font, though exact font replication may vary due to the handmade nature. Please note: burn color will differ based on the material and color of your hat, with some burning darker than others.
STEP FIVE
Once we’ve gathered all the details, we’ll provide a quote for your custom hat design.
