To help your hat hold it's shape, avoid hanging it by the brim. Instead, hang it by the crown or store it upside down on it's brim. When handling your hat, try to always lift it or move holding the crown lightly rather than your brim!

Use a soft bristle brush to gently remove dust and dirt from the surface. Always brush in a counter clockwise motion to keep the material smooth. Always handle your hat with clean hands where possible, especially by the brim or crown, to avoid oil or dirt transfer!

Protect your hat from heavy rain or snow. If your hat does get wet, which is sometimes unavoidable, let it air dry naturally away from heat sources like radiators or hair dryers.  Make sure its spaced out to avoid anything moulding it's brim into an alternative shape. 

It can happen!! Where you need to reshape your hat for whatever reason, maybe it got wet or where you have travelled with it (recommended purchasing a travel box). If your hat becomes misshapen, use a little steam from a kettle or steamer to lightly reshape it. Be cautious and avoid over steaming!
