How to Measure Your Head for the Perfect Hat Fit!

Getting the right hat size is essential for comfort and style. Follow these simple steps to measure your head and find the perfect fit for your custom cowboy or fedora hat:

• A flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler)
• A mirror (or a friend to help)
• A pen and paper to write down your measurement

• Step 1: Place the measuring tape around your head about 1/8 inch above your ears and across the middle of your forehead. This is the area where your hat will sit comfortably.
• Step 2: Ensure the tape or string is snug but not tight. It should feel secure but not constricting.
• Step 3: Look in a mirror (or have a friend check) to ensure the tape is straight and even all the way around.
• Step 4: Read the measurement where the tape overlaps. If you’re using string, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.
• Step 5: Record your measurement in centimetres or inches, depending on what we ask for at checkout.
